isoquantic shift

Can anyone explain this for me? It is supposed to be along the lines of a paradigm shift, but the opposite. I can't get my head around exactly what it refers to (thinking that it means something to do with equal parts and probably symbiosis). It is a new management word used by some Chief exec peson!
