: : Since my children are grown and gone, I do get confused about holidays and seasons. But Mother's Day is May 14 in the United States. I think.

: It's May 14 this year, second Sunday in May every year.

My memory was right (for this side of the Atlantic). Mother's Day (also, and more correctly, called 'Mothering Sunday') is the fourth Sunday in Lent - this year the 26th March.
