It's a play on the 1989 movie (and its sequels and TV series and EPCOT ride) "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids". While there are 300 Google hits for "honey * shrunk the kids", none of them seem to be any official mention or reference to a commercial, etc. Is there any more context to your question, e.g. where did you hear the phrase? RRC
