: Hit someone (in a boxing match, for example) so hard that they lose consciousness until the next day. (Can be a slang exaggeration, of course, meaning to knock someone out.)
I've never heard "knock into tomorrow", but it is tame compared with "knock someone into the middle of next week", which has been current since the 19th century. (VSD)
