Nietzsche, Baudelaire

I have two questions.

1) I know this quotation from "Thus Spoke Zarathustra", but I fail to find it in the book. Do you know the page?

It goes something like this:

"To give birth to a dancing star One must have chaos"

2) The second quotation is from one of Baudelaire's works, but which and on what page? I only have it in French:

"La poésie n'a pas d'autres but qu'elle même".
