Well I guess most people of the age group that would know the song title(phrase) with the lyrics Im asking about are probably in their 80's or older and the jive talkers/hepcats/jazzbo's/zootsuiters might not be as plentiful on surfing the web for stuff like this. And I think that's where the phrase comes from.
