: My coworker used this expression today. She's a Kentucky woman in her early 60s. She was saying in reference to another coworker who has been very busy:
: "They've run her hell west to Crocket." I immediately grabbed my pencil and wrote it down. She doesn't know what "Crocket" refers to.
: Anyone heard this one?
: Perhaps it refers to Davy Crockett and his fellow Kentuckians who traveled west to Texas and died at the Alamo???
