Pot "liquor"?

This is the term I am familiar with. You might think of it as broth. It is what's left over after slow cooking your greens and meat in liquid. Don't give me no spinach wilted in olive oil in a neat little pile; I want a soggy, dripping mess o' greens leaving a puddle on my plate for sopping up after.
