: "sort you out" - what does she mean?
: Will they release him, or deal with him?
: I guess she means the reception.

In this instance it means to finalise the details of payment, etc. It usually implies this type of arrangement BUT, in the criminal world, it means to beat up someone; do them some sort of harm; finalise their activities in a particular sphere. Not nice in this context.
