Experience on/with . . .

: Is the preposition in the subject question correct? If not, what should be the correct one or ones? Thanks.

Most often, "experience" is followed by "with" or "of."

What's your experience with keeping goldfish?
Describe your experience of working as a hotel manager.

But something's wrong with another part of the sentence. No individual has experience of "the racial relationships in America." It would be more natural to say "What's your experience with racial relations in America?" (Note: relations)
