Could you please do me a big favor to recommend me some online forums where people could discuss cultural topics (lifestyle, music, film, fashion, etc., not limited to language) in pure English?

Search for 'Paltalk' on the Internet. You will have to download some software from the site, and you will need a microphone to participate in the discussions. Paltalk has many 'rooms' dedicated to different topics, but there are quite a few for people who want to practice their English.
