: Finally if I may ask...what's the difference between "To have sex" and "To make love"?hi..I would like to know the meaning of the following phrases..Thank you so much.

1.falls off the wagon again. Usually refers to someone who has stopped drinking alcoholic beverages for a time, then starts drinking again. It could refer to "addictions" to other substances, like chocolate.

2.face up to the fact. Stop denying or ignoring reality. Come to terms with a situation.

3.don't want to be tied down. Don't want the responsibilities and loss of freedom that come with something, like having children.

4.sorting out your fear.

I am not sure about No. 4. Thinking things through.what's a real concern or fear and what's not?

"To make love" is a euphemism.a nicer way of saying the same thing as "to have sex." Making love indicates more affection, concern for the other person. (By the way, in old movies, Bette Davis, for one, would say: "Are you making love to me?" What it meant then was, are you wooing me, courting me?
