It's "tooth fairy." One of the several imaginary beings children believe in -- like Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. A child (in the U.S., at least) leaves a baby tooth under the pillow and the tooth fairy takes it and leaves money.

The speaker is implying that the other person is naive, believes anything anyone tells him.
