CHAOS, PANIC & DISORDER
MY WORK HERE IS DONE

Presumably, a writer for Ephemera, in-house or free-lance, made it up. Button writers sometimes plagiarize, however (no, they're not supposed to).

Ephemera has a website. Somebody there might be able to tell you who originated the slogan.
