Means to enjoy something thoroughly.

===To snow someone===
Means to fool or deceive someone.

===To have all your marbles===
Means to have all your wits,sensibilities or
mental abilities.

People will often say "He has lost his marbles" to describe someone who is of diminished capacity or a bit crazy.
