Please help me find an idiom!

: The cliché saying is "if you want something done right, do it yourself," but the only related phrase I can think of at the moment is "paddle your own canoe." Can't think of any "apple" idiom.

If you look up 'apple' in the Oxford (New English)
Dictionary, it will almost certainly give you any idiom in which the word is used.
