Subscription charges

Quite understandable to want to get something back for all their hard work. How about if users are allowed, say, one or two phrase searches a week for free? If they want more than that they have to pay a subscription. Anyone using the database infrequently will not pay a subscription anyway, so the site would not lose out...

Nice idea in theory. I've no way of implementing that though.
