I have a quiz to complete in the next 7hrs and have been on the web for days. I can't find who said:

"Cockeyed optimist" 'someone from south pacific? Don't know the name

"The world is my oyster"?
"Stand on ceremony"
and "cloudcuckooland"

can anyone help?
