Anal-retentive - definition?Posted by Jim Leedom on July 30, 2001 Can anyone give me an "accurate" definition of the phrase "anal-retentive"? And, by the way, does it or does it not have a hyphen? (I had always heard that the answer to that question was, "If you were . . . you'd know!")
