Dead man's hand

I really like your site. My wife and I were discussing the origin of "kick the bucket" so I found your site upon doing a Google search. I noticed that you didn't have the phrase "Dead man's hand" on the site. Although it's not used that often, it's a phrase used to describe the poker hand that was being held by Wild Bill Hickok from the American west when he was killed.
