Same spot on the dial

The catch phrase "same time, same place, same spot on the dial" or words to that effect, said after a radio programme (before digital radio!) - probably a music programme 1945/1960's light programme or some other programme. I would like to know who said it, and which programme it was said on. Many thanks AB.
