Googling "boo turkey" brings up a lot of other uses (like "boo turkey!!. I perfer ham" or "peek a boo turkey"). Googling "know boo turkey" pulls up this page, a page at Urban Dictionary with only 1 vote for and 1 vote against, and 2 hits of the same quote on the same site from a North Carolina politician.
Where are you hearing it?
