Keep calm and carry on

Christmas catalogs are beginning to arrive here in the U.S. Among the items available for purchase are a print ($39) and two mugs ($24.95) with the message "Keep Calm and Carry On." "Designed by a now-forgotten British civil servant in 1939, this message was meant to buck up the public if the Nazis crossed the Channel." Or I could get the Official Irish Shamrock Gift Set with official Irish shamrock seeds -- $49.95. Or Christmas Pudding with Brandy Butter -- $39.95. Can't decide. Lending toward the pudding.
