Shame, shame, poppy shame

There are only about 50 Google hits with poppy, but over 1000 with puppy. That makes more sense to me since you could say "Shame, shame Puppy! Shame!" when your new dog makes a mess. The continuation seems to be just "All the monkeys know your name" though sometimes it's "donkeys". Clues in the hits indicate to me that it mostly occurs in Indian/Bengali/Pakistani/etc. contexts.
