Does anyone know who Archie is in the phrase "He thinks he's Archie"?

I'd like to see some context. Does he think he's Archie because he only types in lower-case letters? Does he have close female friends named Veronica and Betty? Is he a racial bigot with a distinctive low-class American accent and have a son he calls "meathead"?
Is there anything at all you can tell us about why he might think he's Archie?
