Meaning/Use (derived in context but rather obvious): Usually in construction when someone feels they are being "instructed" below their level of comprehension, eg a carpenter with 8 years experience being told how to plumb a doorway or what-have-you. I thought I'd recommend it for the list here.

It's a good one. The first time I heard it was in "Mommy Dearest" said by Joan Crawford.
