: : what are the meanings of the following phrases?
: : 1. Feel Alright ("make me feel alright" in so many songs) 2. Set sb free ("set me free" in some songs)
: : I couldn't find the meanings anywhere.
: While these words are commonly found together, they mean pretty much what the individual words say which is why you can't find an explanation of them as a "phrase". To feel alright is to feel good, to not feel sick, sad, bad, etc. When you set something free, you free it, release it, remove it from captivity, let it go.
By the way, the correct spelling is "all right": two words, two Ls. ~rb
