In my oils

Where does the expression "in my oils" come from? For example "I'm in my oils when driving" or "If I had a yacht I'd be in my oils" meaning that it is a favorite activity or ideal environment. I can't find the expression on any search engines so I wonder if it might be a local phrase.

I have never heard it in my part of the United States -- Kentucky and West Virginia.

I haven't heard it in California. Anyone from somewhere else not heard it? Speak up! ~rb
