Well, you picked up on it fast. It does mean pronto, immediately, stat, soonest. And it does approximate riki-tik in meaning, although one site says that properly it should be "mo riki-tik," and is of oriental origin, meaning quickly, right away. The sound of it has attracted several people who put it to other uses, such as the name of a restaurant in Brighton. To me it inevitably suggests Rikki-Tikki-Tavi, the name of a valiant mongoose in a short story from Kipling's Jungle Book . Sometimes the little critter is called Riki-Tiki-Tavi.
