Try "cheap suit," and try a personal pronoun rather than "it." I've seen "all over me like a cheap suit" used to mean harassing me, confronting me, or demanding attention in a needy way--in any case, sticking too close for comfort. A cheap suit would be ill-fitting and uncomfortable, but I can't tell you why this phrase means what it does.
