I should coco

The phrase "I should coco"!
Although I understand it as being derived from the rhyming slang for "I should think so" I still don't understand the exact meaning/use for the term.
I.E is it a sarcastic term meaning "I don't think so"? or does it simply mean "I do think so"?
Any ideas??
