"put the hurt on someone" - injure (slang)
"you are given access" - you have been given permission to enter (given a key, or a password, etc.)
"chicken outfit" (slang) disreputable and insignificant organization - a derogatory phrase to belittle a group
"that's not gonna happen" slang/colloquial for "that is not going to happen"
