: : : : I am researching English expressions and their usage in American sitcoms, and would like to know if it is possible to say that someone is "a big sun" to indicate that they are excited ("You're a big sun")? I just want to verify in case I got the expression wrong from the program I was watching.

: : : : Any help will be appreciated!

: : : "Sun" and "son" sound alike. I'm not familiar with either word used that way. ~rb, U.S.

: : Could it have been "You're a biggun" (a big one)?

: Thank you all for commenting!
: Since I don't have the series' script, I had to rely on hearing alone to determine the expression I was looking for. The tape itself is in a very low quality, and it is most likely that what I heard was actually "biggun" as Russ pointed out to. Also, by what mr. Berg says, there doesn't seem to be an expression consisting of the word I initially suggested.

: Thanks again, you've been a great help!

: Sharon.

You're welcome, and it's Ms., not Mr., Berg.
