To "flour" someone's ass

Posted by Judith W on November 03, 2005

My West Indian co-worker threatened today to "flour" someone's ass. It did not sound like a positive experience / certainly much more like punishment. Since her island was a British colony, I thought that it had something to do with a Britishism. I cannot find this phrase anywhere on the internet by googling it. I did find a reference to "antique" someone, which was to put flour into their face while they were asleep or passed out drunk, but nothing on this item. Can someone help?
