: I propose to coin the phrase "Verbal Incontinence". I have met many people with the inabillity to think before they talk, myself included. It would be different from verbal diohreah. As in this case people voluntaraly start talking nonsense and can't stop. Whereas Verbal Incontinence would be the involuntary movement (No pun intended) of the lips.

Spoken words only? Or would it also cover typed words?
