The OED describes "blow job" as American slang, and regards it as applicable to cunnilingus as well as fellatio. In regard to blow, its examples begin only in 1933. It cites a source which gives the infinitive forms as "to fellate" and "to cunnilingue." SS

My acquaintance with this particular American slang expression goes back to the early 1970's, and I've never heard it used as a synonym for cunnilingus. The OED should consider that definition obsolete if it was ever valid.
