THE DEVIL SHOULD NOT HAVE ALL THE BEST TUNES - This phrase is "often attributed to Martin Luther, (but) is actually credited to English cleric Rev. Rowland Hill. In that vein, John W. Work writes that an elder of the Holiness church once told him, 'The devil should not be allowed to keep all the good rhythms.'"
