I agree, I don't think there's anything deeper than on the smiling ham theory, but as for the "softest, glidingest, stealthiest man ", well that's deep. I've personally known many men who fit that picture, and I'm sure many of my lady friends would agree. Although, because this guy was an undertaker, I suspect he meant it quite differently.
