PERSONALITY OF A LEGLESS BULLDOG -- "I have dealt with some (cops) who, for the most part care deeply about the city and work extremely hard.Then again, I have dealt with a few city cops who had the personality of a legless bull dog. I say this because I had a bad wreck on Louisville Road a few years ago and the officer only cared that I was a month behind on my tags."
