: I heard this phrase the other day and thought I misheard it but after punching it in google I got a bunch of sites that used it but nothing that explains what it means or where it comes from. Anyone know? Thanks! Karen

It sounds like a description of a situation that is so rife with psychological/relationship issues that it could be "a whole other Oprah" episode.
