Jukes and Callycats

Posted by Kevin Tracy on March 13, 2000

My father recently used the phrase: "we looked like a bunch of Jukes and Callycats." When I asked him what that meant he said it came from a sociological study of inbreeding done in the 30's or 40's. I can't find anything about this anywhere. Help?
