: can anyone tell me what the initials A L N C I S & I T L O T B, T O E M I K stand for. These leters come from a proverb or saying and I am totally stumped.

I have written a study on anagrams and have a batchelor in english, the answer is easy.
it all relates back to the age old saying

how now brown cow?
