"Born without tears"

I've never heard it. I'll look in my references and see what I come up with. Seems to me that it could have kind of opposite meanings. A happy birth -- born without tears. Or someone who from birth was without emotion. Or a baby born to a dead mother. (Maybe that last one was too weird.)
