: I've heard "bite your but" three times the last couple of days. Most of the time it's been used by someone talking about the opposite sex. Does anyone know what it means?
Butt (with a double T) is a US-based mildly humorous slang term for the buttocks. I personally have only ever seen this phrase used in online chat, presumably because those prone to use it would never dare utter it in a real face-to-face situation for reasons both of embarrassment and/or litigation.
There seems to be a certain school of thought amongst those who frequent Internet chat rooms that to mock-threaten to sink one's teeth into someone of the opposite sex's rear end is attractively flirtatious - one can but marvel at life's rich tapestry.
