: I am not 100% on this but I think Mr. Clancy is talking about a sexual preference.
: A "chicken" is usually an underage person and the "basket" refers to some type of bondage/S+M thing. Some vacation tour firms, mostly here in the US and Germany, put together special vacations for pedophiles to visit Asian countries where these type of predilections can be purchased.
