Lived process?

Hi,
Could anyone tell me what the world 'lived' means in the phrases like 'a lived system' and 'a lived process'.

Thanks a lot.

I don't recognise this usage. Neither phrase is familiar to me. Can you tell us the whole sentence?

It sounds like a buzzword. I looked it up on the Buzzwhacker site but didn't find it.

I googled the phrase and the results are linked below.

It seems a "lived process" can be looked at as a kind of education, a sort of on-the-job training process, something that can not be found in a book but must be lived to be understood or acquired as in the following quote:
"Culture is a lived process-not a trinket or a BBC documentary. It doesn't come off a rack, or in a handy carry-case, or in six exciting new colours. It is the story that binds and shapes a community or people. It is the habits of a social body."
