Persian flaw

You are right about Persia being today's Iran not Iraq. Excuse my error.

I saw a program on History Channel some time ago on the Greeks and their battles against the Persians. I dont remember details but it did seem that the Persians dived right in and attacked the Greeks with everything they had and made no plans for supplying their troops as they were so sure of their success. I haven't gone back to visit a history book to be sure of this, but it does seem like a classic sort of Persian flaw.

I have to wonder if there isn't some Greek writer who may have used the term 'Persian Flaw' and what exactly he was referring to.
