I have recently searched the phrase "No man is an island..." and discovered its orginal author, John Donne, with whom I am not so familiar. During further research, I could not find the orginal piece of work that contained this phrase. I am developing a teambuilding program for youth and adults that uses this phrase to express the concept that people need people to survive, in a very basic sense. I am hoping the orginal work will add meaning to my meager understandings. Any suggestions or discussion will be eagerly accepted. Regards.
