John Heywood's book

"The Proverbs & Epigrams of John Heywood," A. D. 1562. I want to put this book on my Christmas list because it is frequently quoted and it would be nice to have the original source. The problem is, I've done searches on used book sites and have gotten prices ranging from $1.50 + shipping for a used hardback to $115 for a reprint to $300. What's the deal here? Is there more than one version or what?
