Tea at Three

1969 saw the Jagger/Richards team compose "Live with Me" for their "Let It Bleed" album.

They wrote:

"I got nasty habits, I take tea at three
Yes, and the meat I eat for dinner
Must be hung up for a week....."

What is so nasty about drinking tea at 3?

The clue may be in the writing partnership. Isn't tea a street name for h****n? I can remember, and its not strictly true that if you can remember the sixties you weren't there, hung up described hippies who were "relaxed" in a franky psychedelic fashion.
